2018 Petite Sirah

Two acres of Petite Sirah grow on Seven Oxen Vineyard, and are some of the oldest vines on the property, planted in 2003. The 2018 vintage is made with 100% of the varietal. Our Petite Sirah was destemmed and fermented in open-top fermenters for 15 days, with two punch downs daily for the first week, once daily for the second week. Aged 18 months in neutral French oak. Notes of ground coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg and black currant.
