2018 Polaris

Polaris is a unique blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Tannat, produced from 100% dry-farmed fruit. This full-bodied blend has a rich nose with notes of baked licorice and blackberry jam with a chocolate kick. The licorice spice hangs on for the palate and meets with baked plums and fruit cake.
