2021 Rosé

Seven Oxen’s 2021 Rosé is a pressée style rosé, picked with intention early in the season when acids are high. This vintage is a blend of 70% estate Zinfandel grapes from the Willow Creek side of our vineyard, and 30% estate Grenache grapes, which were dry-farmed and grow in the Templeton Gap side of the property. A light bodied, crisp rosé wine with notes of orange blossom, rainbow sherbet, candied green apple, and strawberry on the nose and macerated strawberry and toasted marshmallow on the palate. Fermented in stainless and aged for four months in neutral French oak.
